Ma Baoliang, originally from Jinan, Shandong, was born in Changchun City in 1942. Surnamed Ma, belonging to the horse, loving horses, painting horses. Elegant name: Saibei Moma, with black and white characters.
       For over 60 years of hard work, I have been dedicated to sketching and creating, with a focus on drawing horses, injecting the image of horses into my heart. To paint horses, I traveled to Inner Mongolia grasslands and Xinjiang pastures, creating a large number of beloved oil paintings and excellent traditional Chinese paintings, which were published and promoted in multiple domestic and foreign news media. The work has participated in multiple exhibitions and won gold, first prize, and silver awards, and has been included in the World Celebrity List. He has successively published collections of calligraphy and painting works such as "Ma Baoliang's Collection of Calligraphy and Painting Works", "Contemporary Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Ma Baoliang's Collection of Paintings", and "Ma Baoliang's New Paintings of Horses". The traditional Chinese painting "Harmony and Progress" won the first prize at the "Harmony Cup" National Art Exhibition, and I was awarded the honorary title of "One of the First batch of Cultural Harmony Ambassadors in China"; Awarded the title of "Artist with Both Virtue and Art" by the China Artists Association.
